MAOUR is an online shop, and at the moment, it doesn´t have any physical point of sale.
Yes. You just have to subscribe to the MAOUR newsletter. You will find the subscription form in the contact tab or at the bottom of the main page. Once subscribed you will receive information about new releases, discounts and promotions.
In MAOUR we ship to Spain, Europe & America. Including the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.
Shipments made in Spain will have a delivery time of 24 to 72 working hours, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which could take up to 6 working days. While in Europe, the delivery time is 4 to 6 working days.
Every time an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically arrive with the purchase information.

Returns

To make a return you must follow the steps indicated in the section 'Shipping and Returns' on our website.
Once we have received the return in our warehouse and have checked that it is correct, we will proceed with the refund. At that time, you will receive a confirmation email with the amount paid, and you will have it available in your bank account within 5 to 10 days.
Size changes cannot be made. To make an exchange of any product you will have to return the unwanted product, following the steps explained the section 'Shipping and Returns' on our website.
