SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

SHIPPING

Shipments made in Spain will have a delivery time of 24 to 72 working hours, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which could take up to 6 business days. While in Europe, the delivery time is 4-6 business days

In the rest of the world, orders are delivered within 10 business days. The customs payment for each country will be borne by the customer.

For national shipments, shipping costs will be free from 100 euros. Europe shipments have free shipping costs for orders that exceed 250 euros.

RETURNS

The return period is up to 14 days since the product is delivered. Returns may be made for all products in the same conditions and with the same packaging

Steps to follow to make the return:

  • Download this form, print it, fill it out and put it inside the box. 
  • Close the box / Bag
  • Send the package to the address:

  • The shipment must be made by post or courier & payed by the buyer
  • For the return to be valid the package will have to reach our warehouse within 14 days. 

The product will have to arrive in perfect condition, in the same conditions and with the same packaging. In the event that the order has brought a gift, it must also be returned, without it the return will not be accepted.

The refund of the amount paid for the purchase will be carried out as soon as possible once we have received the product within the period between 5-10 days.

Returns will always be made by the same route in which the product was purchased. Therefore, an online purchase cannot be returned in a physical store or otherwise.

Products purchased with a discount in case of return, will be exchanged for a code in the Maour Studio store for the same value.


CHANGES

Size changes cannot be made. To make a change of any product you will have to return the unwanted product, following the steps explained above and proceed to make a new purchase of the desired product.

Returns will only be made for products that are broken or in poor condition when they are received, the seller not being responsible for any damages that may come from their usability. In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the product or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.
